From Policymaker to Strategist

My journey began as a lawyer for the economically disadvantaged, head of a statewide environmental group, and senior government policymaker in biofuels and alternative energy. I then moved to the private sector, in corporate development for the leading competitive telecommunications company. My first assignment was at the ground floor in the emerging cellular radio industry, where I played a pivotal role in shaping the mobile industry as we know it today. I’ve negotiated global deals, advised Fortune 500 companies, and helped young companies find their footing in an ever-evolving landscape. Today my work includes all aspects of telecoms, including landline and mobile, satellite and terrestrial, narrowband and broadband, domestic and international, as service provider and customer. I am a recognized expert in pricing, terms and constucts for purchasing voice, data, messaging and roaming services from global network providers.
